Exploring Middletown.

Make the most of your visit with authentic experiences downtown and around the city. From the river to the airport and beyond, you can find adventure, fun, and unique opportunities for all ages.

With a downtown settled at the edge of the Great Miami River, surrounded by Smith Park, and the regional airport, there is much to do within just a few miles of Indigo Pass.

With the government’s mandated closures, restricted hours, and operational requirements around COVID-19, many of our small businesses have been severely impacted, including restaurants, bars and privately-owned, boutique stores.

But even with these affects occurring to our community, we still have plenty of activities to enjoy!

~ Feeling stressed or anxious, schedule a massage or facial through Haven Studio located in the same building as Indigo Pass Hotel.

~ Find the guest pass in your room to the YMCA located just across the parking lot to access their indoor pool, basketball courts, indoor track, workout facility and classes.

~ Peruse the Great Miami River and bike trail system through BAABS, Bad Ass American Bar, Bistro, Biking and Boating or swing in to Spoken Bike Shop for beers and rental bikes to cruise the downtown area and Great Miami Bike Trail.

~ Smith Park is just a walk away hosting a trail for running, biking, walking, green & groomed sports fields, fishing, and a one-of-a-kind skateboarding park.

~ Need an adrenaline rush? Maybe you can fill it by jumping out of airplanes at Middletown Regional Airport which is also within walking distance of Indigo Pass Hotel or take a ride in a World War II aircraft through the Butler County Warbirds.

~ If a little trigger time is what your feeling, then The Sportsman’s Club is the spot for skeet, trap, clay pigeons, fishing and even private lessons can be coordinated through Indigo Pass Hotel.

~ Want to feel the wind in your hair and if you have a current motorcycle license, take a demo ride on a BMW motorcycle from BMW Motorcycles of Greater Cincinnati located just a walk down Verity Parkway.

~ Feel a need for sports, how about pickleball with courts only a few miles away located at Lefferson Park, or golf walk on down to Forest Hills Golf Club for a 9-hole, par 3 course and pool.

~ If you’re looking for an impressive 18-hole golf course then Brown’s Run Golf Course is the course which also hosts an outdoor pool and tennis courts.

~ Need some green, nature therapy and fresh air? All can be provided by Houston Woods State Park along with lake swimming, fishing, water activities, hiking trials, and a lodge.

~ If more stimulation is your craving, then Land of Illusion Adventure Park is calling you hosting Aqua Adventures, Haunted Scream Park, Christmas Glow and Soundstage Live.
